We weren't offered our wine. The boat felt very overcrowded. I was very cramped and couldn't move through the duration.

The trip was good but don’t advertise it as a boat trip with a glass of Prosecco as no drink was offered on entrance or during the trip

Quite disappointed. Average is generous. Audio not great...in terms of sound and what it was referring to. No ambience in terms of lighting. The lights round inner boat not on...and the tale light battery was gone. This would have contributed but we think lazy and take who they get. Sorry!

A lovely cruise on a beautiful evening. Choose the one with a glass of wine which turned out to be a large glass of very nice wine. Would thoroughly recommend.

If you want just an hour of relaxing cruising the river then maybe this is for you. Nov. when we did it so it was freezing cold and we stayed at the top it wasn't a great idea, go down if you don't want to expose yourself in the cold. Wrap up warm I mean really warm!

A lovely evening river cruise for our Anniversary . Value for money and we loved it .

Even though the sky’s opened, thunder and lightening as we stepped off the boat and we returned to hotel soaked through. The hour on boat (with glass of wine) was worth it. Lovely way to see parts of Krakow at night. Good atmosphere on board, everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves
