The guides were very informative and spoke 3 languages so were inclusive to all. Very good with the kids on board and made their experience unforgettable. Well worth the money. 10/10

Staff on the boat were fun and friendly. The speedboat itself was a fun experience. Staff at the desk/stand were slow and unhelpful.

Once on the boat it was fantastic, however directions on where to go were lacking massively. Should state to go into the port/marina and where to go within the marina.
