Die Qualität der Akustik war sehr schlecht. Man hat die Mitarbeiterin sehr schlecht verstanden. Zudem hat sie Fragen gestellt, aber Antwort des Teilnehmers nicht durch das Mikrofon wiederholt, sodass die Antwort nicht alle Teilnehmer hören konnten.

Insgesamt war ich schon vor der Durchführung enttäuscht. Bereits im Februar habe ich die Führung durch die Sagrada in Deutsch gebucht. Im Juni wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Führung nur in Englisch durchgeführt werden kann. Bei anderen Anbietern gab es inzwischen keine Möglichkeiten mehr. Auf Nachfrage war es nicht möglich, einen Audi Guide zu bekommen. Bei der Führung selbst erinnerte mich das Ganze an eine Unterrichtsstunde. Wir wurden ständig abgefragt, dabei wollte ich doch etwas erfahren.

Il y avait trop de personnes sans le groupe. Le guide est dévoué mais parle vite dans 2 langues différentes. Il récite un peu comme un robot. Nous n’avons pas écouté car c’était assez désagréable. Il a l’air de faire comme il peut. C’est l’organisation qui est déplorable. C’est dommage.

Die Führung war sehr kompetent und sympathisch. Wir hatten ein wenig Probleme, den vereinbarten point of introduction zu finden, was aber eher an den sehr vielen Menschen vor Ort und an uns letztendlich selbst lag. Für mich persönlich wäre es eine Verbesserung, wenn die Mensch*in, die die Gruppe begleitet, etwas in Händen hielte, was für die Nachfolgend*innen besser sichtbar ist. MfG Georg Koch

Den versprochenen Zugang ohne Wartezeiten gab es nicht. Die eigentliche Führung startete - nach längerer Wartezeit im Regen - erst ca.20 min später. Omar, unser Guide, hat versucht, schon einiges zu erklären. Er hat seine Sache prima gemacht und auch die Zeit am Ende ausgeglichen. Außerdem ist die Bearbeitungsgebühr zu hoch. Keineswegs unkompliziert und zu niedrig ist die Rückzahlung für den nicht möglichen Turmaufstieg.

Die,Reiseführerin war sehr kompetent und freundlich, wir hatten eine ausführliche Tour mit vielen Informationen. Negativ aufgefallen: Die Audioguides hatten nur die Sprache zur Auswahl, welche die Reiseführerin sprach, es war nicht möglich etwas anderes einzustellen. Wir hatten kein Problem damit, da wir Spanisch, Englisch und Französisch sprechen und verstehen, aber einige Touristen mussten sich mit einer ihnen unbekannten Sprache zufrieden geben. Da gehört etwas geändert.

Die Sagrada Familia selbst ist überwältigend, atemberaubend, daher 100% Empfehlung. Die Türme muss man allerdings nicht zwingend besichtigen (Geschmacksache). Der Blick über Barcelona ist von anderen Events aus unter Umständen besser (Seilbahn), die 400 Stufen nach unten nicht jedermanns Sache. Die englische Führung ist interessant, gute, aber nicht perfekte Audio-Qualität und von Nicht-Muttersprachlern für Nicht-Muttersprachler, so geht doch etwas verloren. Trotzdem sehr persönlich.

Die Sagra Familia ist eine einzigartige Kirche, die wir so noch nicht gesehen haben. Der Touristenführer an sich war gut. Die Gruppe mit ca. 30 Mann viel zu groß. Vor der Kirche waren seine Ausführungen bei den Touristenströmen und der Gruppengrösse nur schwer zu verstehen. Das Ende war abrupt.

Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aufgrund von Regen waren die Türme gesperrt und leider mussten wir über eine Stunde bei der Security anstehen. Der Führer entschuldigte sich zwar, spulte aber nur sein normales Programm runter und machte leider nichts nettes extra um die Stimmung zu heben.

Our tour guide was great. Julia Travel were rude, unhelpful and unorganized. The staff at JT Sagrada Familia seriously need to find a new career. Clearly they don’t like to help customers. Despite JT, we loved the visit to SF!

Very informative. I purchased this for our family group of 12 with tower access, unfortunately at that day tower access was cancelled due to weather or some other reasons, we was a little disappointed but overall it was a good tour, our tour guide is quite knowledgeable, and the church is so beautiful. Excellent tour, well worth it. The Musement website isn't great though; when it came to payment it failed three times, and I then found I had two identical bookings and was charged twice. They were able to credit that back after a couple of emails, but now I'm getting two emails asking me to review the experience, so I guess it's still double-booked in their system.

Très belle oeuvre de Gaudi , architecture merveilleuse et grandiose , malheureusement à cause des attentats de Barcelone l'accès aux tours était annulé , comment procédons nous pour le remboursement des "5 billets accès au tour"???. Nous sommes malgré tout très satisfait de la prestation et le guide très intéressant. Merci pour votre réactivité pour le 2eme "voucher"en urgence. Famille Hembert.

Le guide est superbe, elle sait décrire parfaitement le style de la Sagrada familia et elle très miticuleuse sur les détails. Le circuit dur a peu prés 1h40, j'ai adoré, l'anglais est parfait. Je recommanderais sérieusement la visite à mes amis.

Les enfants n'ont pas eu le droit d'avoir un écouteur (9 et 11 ans) ce n'est pas la faute de notre accompagnateur c'est une décision de la Sagrada. En raison du monde nous leur avons passé les nôtres ce qui fait que nous avons mal entendu les commentaires du guide. La visite intérieure et extérieure a été beaucoup trop rapide et n'a pas insisté suffisamment sur l'architecture complexe du monument.

Very enjoyable had a little trouble all getting the right channel on head sets to hear guide but once we did he was very knowable and answered all our questions. The towers are well worth a trip up but the 368 steps down are a killer on the legs,my advice is to take them slowly. Overall a wonderful day. Won't forget it

Es hätte pünktlicher losgehen können. Um die Sagrada ist es ziemlich laut (Verkehr, so viele Menschen),da wäre der Audioguide schon früher gut gewesen. Führung war aber insgesamt sehr gut von der Führerin gemacht!!! Leider fielen ein paar Audioguides zwischendurch aus. Turmfahrt war pünktlich, sehr gut organisiert! Eine Führung um 17.00 hatte den Vorteil, dass das Licht wunderschön in die Basilika fiel und trotzdem nach den 1,5h noch genügend Zeit war , Kirche und Museum auf eigene Faust nochmal zu besuchen. Der Preis allerdings ist schon nicht niedrig.

Our guide, Pedro or Peter, guided us throughout the church and explained and pointed out interesting facts on the design of the church at is still being built and expected completion in 2026. The view was great from some section of the tower. The walk down was easy but the stairs were very narrow. Our total tour took about 3 hours to finish. Albert from New York, USA

We arrived at the meeting spot at the appropriate time and were told that it was sold out and the tour was unavailable. We had the ticket and confirmation email in hand and argued with the agent who claimed they had notified amusement of the problem 2 weeks about! Finally they agreed to allow us join a group 3 hours later than the one we were scheduled for. Very frustrating as we had taken a taxi quite some distance to attend and had to wait. We would never book with this company and would never recommend them.

Just do it. The place is off the charts stunning. Our delightful and well informed guide negotiated us artfully through the madding crowds . Guide and participants are wired for sound ensuring information delivery is audible above the noise . We were really pleased with this tour but scared in those towers ! Simply stunning .
