Excellent

Great communication from the company in terms of pick up point and timing. The good driver was prompt and got us to the destination in good time, having had a toilet stop and visit to an Argan Oil community museum and shop. We were given 3hrs in Essauria and again promptly picked up and got us back.

Gita nel complesso positiva. Appuntamento davanti al Bar de Paris alle 8.15. Arrivo del pulmino alle 9.00. Poi cambio pulmino: un'altra ora di attesa per un ritardatario che poi è stato raccolto lungo la strada. Al ritorno, 15 min. di sosta per un caffè diventano un'ora per colpa di tre clienti...

The day out was superb value for money, can't fault it at all. On the return our driver decided to wait 90 minutes past our departure time waiting for 2 people who said they weren't coming back - no communication at all with the customers on the bus as to why. Just made for a long day and only got back a few minutes before dinner service finished.

Our driving was amazing - Auyoal. We had a two and half hour journey from Marrakech to Essaouira, driver stoped a few time for toilet break and visit to Aragon oil coop , we also had free WiFi on the bus. Driver was very friendly and picked us up at same drop off after we had 4 hours to explore the amazing beach, souks and monuments of Essaouira.

Enjoyed Essaouira and the sights. However, all the passengers agreed that the minibus transport was uncomfortable due to the seats being narrow and hard with limited legroom It was difficult to fasten the seatbelts so we felt somewhat unsafe.

Great day trip out to essaouira to definitely worth a visit. Beware the drive is quite long almost 4 hours each way. Plenty of stops on the way for snacks/loo also stopped at an argan oil coop as well as a goat tree which is is fantastic. Optional guide when you arrive but we chose to explore it ourselves, great for shopping without all the crowds and amazing seafood too

Essaouria is a beautiful town and worth visiting. If we visit Morroco again we would go to Essaouria. The driver was great, he was polite, friendly and engaging. He pointed things out on the ride there and back,answered our questions and was fun to talk to. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave the tour in Italian, french and English.

The camel ride wasn't offered at all. Luckily we had a lovely driver who organsied us a last minite experience with a friend. Would have been very disappointed otherwise. Make sure you ask when you get in! The tour guide also didnt speak very good English however was very friendly.

On the day of the excursion the guide was late, over 20 minutes, we were then taken to the middle of Marrakesh and transferred to another bus without any explanation. The excursion to Essaouira was good but we were meant to have a camel ride which didn't happen and there was no option to have one or no explanation why it didn't happen. Still waiting for a response from TUI
