What we expect

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience - from being guided through the souks, & given baskets to carry our freshly picked meat & vegetables. The Riad was beautiful. We sat together, equipped with chopping board & knife! Our genial host was fabulous; a real character! He explained the food prep & cooking process really well, along with bits of history & tradition. The food was delicious & our host kindly sent us away with a little wicker basket of herbs & spices. Don’t miss this one… Fantastic!

Fantastische ervaring! Onze gids en kok Samira is hartelijk en zeer kundig. Ze liet ons van alles zien op de groente- en kruidenmarkt; we hebben veel geleerd over Marokkaanse keuken en cultuur. Veel lol gehad en daarna ook heerlijk gegeten! Een aanrader.

Alles aan deze activiteit was leuk, eerst naar de soeks met de gids (waar we alle ingrediënten hebben gehaald. Daarna zijn we naar de riad van Karima, de kok gegaan waar zij Marrokkaanse muntthee heeft gemaakt, met uitleg erbij. Daarna hebben we een tajine, een salade en een dessert gemaakt. Alles werd heel goed uitgelegd en het resultaat was heerlijk. Echt een top dag gehad.
