Peuto banus is a dirty town with mostly broken pavement s.the stop here is to far from the market place for anyone with a disability left to walk around in the rain on arrival at Marbela spent all the time trying to find cover from rain.second part should have been cancelled due to weather

Unfortunately weather was bad when got to Puerto Banos so didn't see much of it apart from expensive boats and expensive shops. Had a wonderful coffee at cafe Rosa. Marbella old town nice to see, very pretty. Guide was lovely but way too much information about the history of Spain and irrelevant information was too much.

The guide said he would be speaking mostly speaking in English but it turned out German and Dutch was his choice, One of the main reasons i booked this trip was to see the golden mile only to be told that this part was cancelled due to Christmas decorations bein put up. Your operator would have known from history the dater they do this each tear, I was not best pleased

We didn't get to do the golden mile due to road closures,which was the main reason we booked the trip...this i would've thought would be known before we booked the trip...it was very disappointing. We might has well have got a taxi as we were left mainly to our own devices!

Unfortunately there was confusion regarding our group. When the experience was sold to us by the rep at the welcome meeting, we expected that as a family, we would be travelling together. As we paid separately, this ment that your admin department treated each booking as individual, meaning when doing the experience, the reps expected our family to split up over differnet coaches. When we protested your rep was very rude explaining this was not her fault. totally unprofessional.

We had an overall great experience. There was only downside and it was nothing to do with Alice the TUI guide. Unfortunately we took the tour on the same day as the Iron Man competition. As you can imagine Puerto Banus was very crowded and impassable at points. Then whilst travelling to Marbella we got held up in traffic, again this was due to the competition. Again this does not reflect on the fact that it was a fabulous tour and Alice done an amazing job. Highly recommend it.

Le temps libre pour découvrir la marina puis la vieille ville était parfait. 1h de plus aurait permis de flâner davantage et de grignoter un en-cas. Les 2 étaient difficiles dans le temps imparti. Mais Marbella est une ville très agréable.

Highly recommended trip with enough time to see what you want to see. We had an amazing meal in the Orange Tree Square and beautiful walks around both places . Ok so we did feel like ********** among all those luxury brands but everyone was so friendly and our guide was really superb. Do the trip- you will not regret it.

Overall the trip was well planned but it only gives a flavour of what to expect to see and do given more time at each location. With regard to safety, the wearing of seat belts as mandatory was not mentioned until half way through the return journey.

Robert and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour - guide was pleasant and helpful - bus driver very good as well - enough time in each resort to have a coffee / meal and to have a walk about to take in the sights which were lovely - we were lucky the day we went as there was a classic vintage car rally on in peurto Banus.

Puerto Bans hätte kürzer sein können, da reicht es einmal lang zu laufen und zu schauen. War aber interessant. Marbella hat eine ganz tolle Altstadt und da hätte man etwas mehr Zeit gebraucht. Die Altstadt ist für uns einen zwingenden Besuch wert. Das der Bus nur deutsche Gäste hatte,war prima.Es sprechen viele kein Englisch und jeder soll verstehen was die wirklich beste Reiseleiterin,die wir je hatten, die Ali uns alles nett erzählt hat. Eine klare positive Empfehlung unsererseits.

The timing for this trip was good. We had about 2 hours in each of the stops. Puerto Banus beach and the Marina were both very nice, however I wouldn't bother walking up the hill to the market because it was a bit rubbish! In Marbella we didn't really have any time to do anything other than have lunch in orange square which was nice and to quickly look at the Salvador Dali statues in a park. We were away roughly 10am to 4pm.

Wij doen de moeite om een oordeling te geven en we hopen dat jullie ook de moeite doen om het probleem op te losses ! Volgens de gids is er al geruime tijd een probleem met de geluidsinstallatie! De toeristen vanaf rij vier hebben niets verstaan van alles wat de gids vertelde, we hadden beter op eigen kracht de uitstap gedaan, wat ons hetzelfde resultaat maar goedkoper was geweest. Een bus ticket kost namelijk slechts € 1,75 Graag een antwoord a.u.b.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Reiseleitung - wir haben interessante und amüsante Informationen erhalten. Eine etwas längere Aufenthaltsdauer (Freizeit) sowohl im Hafen als auch in der Stadt wäre aber schön gewesen. Die Tour könnte durchaus als Ganztagesausflug angeboten werden.

We hadden er meer van verwacht. Marbella is een gewone badstad zoals zovele met het oude deel en het toeristische We hadden het meer mondain verwacht . We vonden de straten dan ook niet proper, we gaan er zeker niet meer terug. Puerto banus vonden we dan weer wat chiquer met de haven en luxe boten . De markt daarentegen , das niet te doen , teveel volk en kramen op elkaar , echt geen mooie markt . Sorry voor ons een no gow

De gids wist heel veel te vertellen ook onderweg. Mede door haar verhalen en enthousiasme maakte de excursie af. Fijn dat het ook allemaal in het Nederkands was waardoor er niet meerdere keren in een andere taal iets verteld moest worden. De haven was indrukwekkend met de luxe wagens en jachten. Bovenaan was een mooi uitzicht over de zee.

Hallo, an erster Stelle möchte ich, unserer Reiseleitung glaub Alicia war ihr Name ein großes Dankeschön aussprechen, sie hat uns alles sehr deutlich und laut erklärt, sie hat die Wege und Treffpunkte nochmal genau erklärt und gezeigt und mit ihrer charmanten Art konnten wir viel lachen. Als wir sie in der Altstadt in unserer freien Zeit nach guten Tapas gefragt hatten, ist sie mit uns sogar noch persönlich zu drei Restaurants gelaufen und hat uns was dazu erzählt. Well organised, from pick up to drop off. Driver was very good as was the guide, who gave us lots of useful information and interesting facts. She took us to a central point in Orange Square and told us which direction to go in for interesting sights. All ran to time and the both places were brilliant.

The guide Alice we had was excellent. Very knowledgeable and interesting to listen too. She looked after us very well and made trip enjoyable. Puerto Banus and Marbella were beautiful and we wished we could have stayed longer.

This trip was just a taxi. Could of done this a lot cheaper. Rep spoke on way about facts but absolutely nothing in resort. Just left to own devices. The trip along the golden mile was expressed by yourselves way too much. I was sat next to two sets of curtains tied back and partner next to me. You saw nothing. View was rubbish. You literally saw one 5* hotel. We couldn't even see the roof of the palace!. This made out you were going along a fabulous stretch and it wasn't just a general road.

Sehr schöner Ausflug, hätte mir noch in der Altstadt selbst eine kleine Stadtführung gewünscht oder gemeinsam landestypischen Tapas oder Besuch einer Bodega, aber da müssten die Gruppen kleiner sein sonst unmöglich. Ansonsten waren wir rund um zufrieden und machen gerne wieder einen Ausflug mit TUI :-))

The visit to Porto Banus was fine. However it wasn’t explained where the pick up was in Marbella. The guide got off the coach and was walking quickly ahead to the Orange Tree square. We had to ask her where we were being picked up as it wasn’t explained when we were on the coach. Luckily we had the map she issued and she was explained where it was. It was all a bit rushed. Indeed there were initially 10 people late for the departure. Eight arrived but two weren’t there. I was expecting that!

Bon guide qui connaît bien les lieux, et plan annoté afin qu’on s’y retrouve mieux seuls. Par contre la climatisation du car était beaucoup trop froide, et malgré notre demande, rien n’a changé. On m’a reproché de ne pas avoir crié qu’il faisait froid, je pense que le dire une fois suffit ( entre gens civilisés), et au retour on le lui a redit, mais il n’a toujours rien demandé au chauffeur, en ce sens.

Ik heb geen klachten het eenige min puntje vond ik zelf persoonlijk dat de reisleider bijna alles in het Frans vertelde daarna veel minder uitleg in het Engels en tot slot bijna niets in het Nederlands. (Dit kwam meschien omdat er vier Belgische mensen waren en twee Hollandse ( wij tweeën )

Für eine Busfahrt nach Marbella 40 € pro Person zu verlangen und dann auf sich allein gestellt sein ist schon Überzogen....da wäre eine Busfahrt mit den öffentlichen Kosten günstiger und mit dem gleichen Ergebnis. Das war nur ein Hol und Bring Service.

Booked our trip but on the day we were left at the hotel as the 2 buses which arrived took their customers but we weren't on their list, were told another bus was coming which didn't, spoke to a tui rep who rang someone and was told our trip had been cancelled but it hadn't. Our rep Troy couldn't have been more helpful trying to sort things out but he couldn't alter that we didn't get to go on our trip. a mistake was made behind the scenes, we and Troy had proof it shouldn't have happened.

Sonia was super! Bus vol met Belgen en Nederlanders dus alles in 1 taal, dat was eens heel erg fijn! Sonia heeft uitgelegd hoe te lopen bij de haven en Marbella, zodat we niet zelf hoefden te zoeken. In Marbella hadden we een half uur langer dan in de haven. Dat had wat ons betreft omgedraaid mogen worden. Halve dag was prima wel qua tijd om alles te zien.

I enjoyed the tour but it was not value for money. I thought there should have been a short guided tour in Marbella and at least a drink included. The Malaga tour was much better value as it was a full day, included an hours guided tour plus a drink a a tapa and cost only 2 euros more than this.

Fast keine Informationen über den Hafen, die Jachten und wem sie gehören. Kein Wort darüber wie viel Geld sie kosten. Auch welche Prominenten hier eine Jacht haben oder gar in Marbella wohnen wurde nicht erwähnt. Sehr schade, denn Potential dazu gibt die Fahrt sehr viel her.

We were disappointed with the short time allowed in Marbella compared with the 2 hours we spent in PB We were only able to have around 1hour 20 minutes in Marbella instead of the expected 2 hours. Both places were enjoyable.

Expensive bus journey! No information about any history of Marbella. A walk to a Square with a meet time. The guide - Forgot to introduce himself. Never said it was a bi lingual tour we thought he had forgot who he was with. The conversation (when in English) we garbled and long winded. I translated for another family. Oh dear me TUI

Was nice trip but only downside was too rushed and not enough time in either place. I think would be better as a day trip as only 1hr 15mins in marbella and didn't get to see much of the lovely town or shops only time for coffee at a cafe but overall was lovely trip

While Marbella was excellent. In my opinion we could have had at least another hour in Marbella and cut the time to one hour or 45 minutes in Puerto Banús as other that the Marine there was nothing to see or do 2 hours her far too long should definitely be cut. I would not recommend this tour as it stands to anyone What I would recommend them to share a taxi into Marbella when you could spent much more than 2 hrs here very disappointed in this trip

The guide told us we weren't booked on, even though I had tickets and my name was on the manifest. After a debate she accepted we were. Many hotel stops, she didn't know the names of any of the hotels so was slow. We had no commentary on the coach or information when at stops. Just told what time to be back. No directions given. Didn't do the Golden Mile as far as we're aware. Didn't count back onto coach and drove off without a couple who chased the bus.

Marbella et surtout Puerto Banus, c'est magnifique. Même si on sais que nous avons 2 heures de temps libre dans les 2 endroits et surtout Marbella, nous n'avons pas eu assez de renseignements pour maximiser la visite ( 2heures est vite passée) et aussi pour retrouver le car à l'endroit où nous avons été déchargé, c'est pas évident pour tout le monde d'où une certaine panique chez certains! Une solution serait que le guide accompagne les personnes désireuses de l'être.

the coach was very poor - little room between front and back of each seat, couldn't sit straight. We nearly had to sit on back row of coach, in which case we would have demanded money back. The poor people who were on the back seat couldn't see out the windows - back seats should not be used. Would not book with Tui again if this is standard of coach used. Description of tour in brochure/rep didn't match actual - couldn't see some of scenery described.

Enjoyed everything. ?? Would have enjoyed a longer time there, and the opportunity of a fully guided tour in the towns. Also some recommendations where to eat or drink near pick up point. Some water and toilet facilities on the bus would be helpful too. Overall it was a lovely experience and good value for money. Thank you.

Rep keeped us informed on everything/building and places which was very good. Well worth the money. If you like flash cars and yachts this is the trip . Marbella as lots and lots of places to eat at reasonable prices with lots of picturesque narrow streets and lovely squares.

The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us enough time to go round and explore. The area is beautiful and lovely seeing all the super cars and boats in Puerto Banus. Marbella was lovely with nice shops and eateries. I loved it.

Whole experience was good, picked up on time and everything explained regarding safety and times to return after sightseeing. Sonia was our guide and was so helpful and only added to the experience. She had to struggle with a faulty microphone but that seemed to add to the enjoyable day

2 uur in de jachthaven en 1u50' in Marbella. De verkoopster had ons deze tijdsverdeling niet meegedeeld, anders hadden we deze trip niet gedaan. Wij wilden Marbella bezoeken, en volgens consulente Ann was dat bijna onmogelijk met het openbaar vervoer en moest je dat op voorhand boeken. Wij zijn te weten gekomen dat dat niet waar is, we konden met de Avanza bus, nam wel tijd in beslag, maar minder dan de voor ons verloren tijd in Puerto Banús. Betere info zou nuttig zijn.

Tot grote spijt hadden we constant heeeeel veel regen. Gelukkig besliste de ganse bus om de excursie een uur in te korten want we konden toch niet rondwandelen omwille van de regen. De gids deed zijn job goed, alleen hadden we liever een grotere begeleide tour gehad in de oude stad Marbella zelf met de nodige informatie. Es lag nicht am Reiseveranstalter, es hat während der ganzen Zeit geregnet und wir saßen ziemlich nass im Bus. Dadurch konnten wir uns auch kaum etwas ansehen, mit Regenschirm und Wind kaum möglich. Der 2. Aufenthalt wurde sehr flexibel auf 1 Stunde verringert. Leider war der Guide bei seinen Erklärungen auf deutsch nicht so gut zu verstehen.

The stop in Puerto Banus was definitely too long. We’d have preferred an hour looking at the yachts then 3 hours in Marbella. There was far more to see and visit in Marbella. The guided walk to the Plaza then free time for lunch would have been more worth the money. The guide walk was informative and friendly.

Leuke uitstap. De vrije tijd in Marbella mocht wel een uur langer duren zodat we ook even tijd hadden om iets te eten. De tijd vliegt als je aan het wandelen bent en toch een en ander wilt zien. Dat hebben we gemist.

De uitstap was heel leuk. Maar de gids wat minder. Hij kon niet goed nederlands/engels. Hij sprak constant duits,engels en nederlands door elkaar waardoor we amper iets hebben verstaan van de uitleg doorheen de rit. Hij had zelf een verkeerd uur gezegd in het nederlands waardoor iedereen even verward was. Met een andere gids (bv frederik) gingen we een aangenamere busrit gehad hebben en gingen we meer teweten gekomen hebben over de streek.

Eerst en vooral een goedlachse, enthousiaste toffe gids Frederique. Het weer was top. Minpunt te weinig tijd zou best 2u langer mogen want de prijs is aan de hoge kant. Niet voldoende tijd, de markt niet gans kunnen doen en rustig een tapa eten daar was de tijd ook tekort. Ook in Marbella is meer tijd nodig.

This excursion was a treat for my birthday. It was also the last day of my holiday so anticipation was high. Puerto Banas was an eye opener with its millionaires yachts and high fashion designer shops. No McDonald's or Burger King here. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Marbella old town was lovely with its quaint narrow streets and moving to the more modern areas was refreshing and a stroll along the beach was relaxing before the journey back to the hotel.

I really enjoyed the trip but as the road to the market in Puerto Banus was closed off it would have been better if the visit to puerto Banus was cut short and we were given more time in Marbella. But I still thoroughly enjoyed the visit and well worth the money.

Alice was an excellent guide. She was very informative and pleasant. The only downside to the trip was the couple who talked very loudly when Alice was giving information and then were complaining that they didn't know what was happening. I thought Alice handled this very well.

We really enjoyed the bus trip the driver very courteous and helpfull,guide very informative .we we’re not very interested in the yaughts and there was not much open being this time of year but when we arrived in Marbella the guide escorted us to the orange square and let us wander and enjoy the shops and various attractions we would have liked more time at that destination and less at puerto bands but that is just our preference would definitely do it again

De eerste halte was veel te lang, op een half uur heb je de rijke boten en auto’s gezien. Shoppen kan je daar toch niet! De tweede stop was prima. Een uur langer daar zou fijn zijn omdat het nu toch haasten was om zoveel mogelijk mee te pikken.

The trip itself was fantastic. Our guide was amazing. What I found less enjoyable was Marbella itself. There's very little charm to it and I found it full of either rich people flaunting their wealth to the masses - or normal people trying to pretend they're rich. I've been, I've seen, but I've no reason to go back again.

Vrije tijd in Puerto Banus is voldoende als je interesse hebt in marktbezoekjes. Dat hebben wij niet dus voor ons was de vrije tijd te lang. Vrije tijd in Marbella mocht wat langer zijn. Onze gids was vriendelijk maar bleef maar praten en informatie geven. Onze host in het hotel had doorgegeven dat we Engelstalig waren terwijl we Nederlandstalig zijn. Gelukkig zaten we in een bus met Nederlandstaligen.

Overall this was a magnificent holiday , the view was spectacular from my hotel window. There was a great selection of food and drink at the hotel. The representative on site was fantastic especially Gary , who was so friendly, honest and extremely knowledgable. I only booked a week but that was not long enough. Hope to return next year

Enjoyed seeing the Marina With the expensive boats and cars andposh shops ! saying that , the service in the cafés on the marina was poor to average , first one we were totally ignored so walked out and the second we didn’t get what we ordered ??.Moving on to Marbella a lovely place , pretty little streets , well cared for , friendly staff in shops and restaurants , a much nicer environment and we would have liked to have stayed longer . The 2 hours went very quickly looking around and eating

It was more of a bus ride to both places with the guide giving you a very small history lesson on the bus to and from both places. No guided tours around either place just a bus drop off and a map to do it yourself so for the money it not good value as we were expecting a guided walk

The guide was pleasant and funny on the coach journeys but left us to our own devices in Puerto Banus without much direction of what we should do there. Marbella was better because he gave us a 15 minute orientation walk and map of the old town so we knew more of what we could do there. If the same effort was put into the Puerto Banus part of the tour, a higher score would be given for the overall experience. However I do not think the trip was worth €40 each.

De excursie is goed ,maar meer dan 1 uur rondleiding gehad langs alle hotels voor we eindelijk vertrokken naar Puerto Banus dus heel de dag meer dan 3u in de bus gezeten voor 35 km ( enkel) dat is echt veel te veel . De excursie zou vlgs Tui halve dag duren en waren pas om 16.40u terug in hotel met vertrek om 9.00u.

The guide did not tell guests to keep the same seat which lead to arguments, all other tours advised this. When alighting in Marbella it was a very small area and 2 different groups were in each others way, which resulted in confusion and guests being lost.A guided tour around Orange square would have been nice. Overall not enough time in Marcella especially if you wanted to eat.

Tour guide Simone was excellent. Great knowledge, great communication with all guests, she was lovely to our little boy, the only child on the trip. She switched between multiple languages at speed to involve all guests - extremely talented. The tour was nice, short visits in both places but that was enough for us with our little one. The price for the child place was a little pricey, but at the same time we understand it’s still a place on the coach. Coach arrived exactly on time too.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience, the coach was over crowded to begin with the guide was quite abrupt and did not speak as much in English as he did in French, having made a point that most of the passengers were French, the visits were rushed and even though the guide walked everyone around Marbella he did not wait until everyone had caught up with him before he spoke about each area of interest so unfortunately we missed the majority.

Trip left far to early with most of the shops still closed on arrival and just a hour to look around a big area then on to second by the time we had all been marched in to the centre with little thought for the elderly and disabled that were slowly falling behind or giving up there was little time left it was either lunch or look around, rep gave far more information in German than English ( I speak German) and the back to hotel far too early all in all crap.

The guide was very knowledgeable and the excursion was well organised with a decent amount of time to explore. Personally I didn’t have any difficulties with mobility, but feel there should be an explanation in the guidance that there will be quite a lot of trekking over uneven surfaces and up and down rather steep inclines. In the intense heat, some of our fellow travellers struggled a bit.

Our tour guide on this Marbella tour was excellent. Thoroughly proficient in English and French and gave a lively and interesting commentary throughout, describing both the places we were going to and also a lot about Spanish life, government, history etc. She also made very sure we knew where we were going and how to get back to the coach which was reassuring. We arrived at Puerto Banus early, just as things were starting to open up, which was useful in light of the number of tourists arriving at such a small place by the time we left. We had enough time here to take a few photos of the super yachts and ogle at the expensive shops. I imagine there is not much more to do here unless you have a lot of money! Moving onto Marbella, which was not quite how I had imagined it. The Parque de la Alamada near where the coach dropped us off was a lovely traditional park ,shady and cool, with mature plants and trees leading on to Avenida del Mar and Dali's art pieces. I'm sure that this looks lovely when all the fountains are clean and working and the flower beds planted up. This led to the front which we found in need of a brush up , looking a bit tired and past its best. Maybe this is all a result of the impact of the pandemic or funding? The star of the visit was however Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange tree square) and the old streets of Marbella, truly enchanting, where we had plenty of time to sit and relax in the sun, have a glass of wine and something to eat. With hindsight we would have ignored the rest of the town and spent all our allocated time here.
