What to remember

Infants (age 0-3) can enter the venue for free
In order to ensure the safety of visitors in case of evacuation, wheelchair users and persons with a walking impediment (i.e. persons who can’t move without help or assistance, such as crutches, etc.) are unfortunately not able to enter the Berlin TV Tower
Please note that the maximum visit time is 45 minutes and due to the limited number of participants, entry is only possible at the booked time
Your tickets guarantee skip-the-line access, which means that you can go directly to the security check and then to the elevator. Delays may occur when going through security and waiting for the lifts
For security reasons all visitors must consent to a body screening and bag check before they go up to the tower. Maximum size for bags is 45x35x20 cm. Please avoid bringing objects which could endager people's safety.

Es wird mit ohne Anstehen geworben. Das hat jedoch bei der Einlasskontrolle niemand Interessiert. Es waren Leute da die sich ein 2. Mal anstellen mussten da sie einige Minute früher als geplant am Eingang waren.

Wir wurden sehr nett im Fernsehturm empfangen, auch mit einer Stunde Verspätung durften wir noch unser Ticket nutzen. Das Wetter war an dem Tag nicht so schön, es hat geregnet und dennoch war die Aussicht total schön unsere Kinder waren total happy. Es war schon unser zweiter Besuch :)

Dank der Vorkauf der Tickets mussten wir nicht anstehen. Wir konnten sogar wenige Minuten, ganz einfach beim Eintreffen bereits eintreten. Auch bei den Liften ging alles sehr schnell. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Aussicht auf dem Termin grandios.

Despite being a foggy day in late November, the experience was fantastic. Jumping the queue, scan the QR code sent to email. When you get in the lift, step back and look up you can see the lift shaft as you climb the 203 metres in seconds. 360° views all-round, window every 6° with descriptions.

Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Transparenz und Organisation am Eingang gewünscht. Es wäre sicher ein leichtes den Eingangsbereich für Gäste mit und ohne Anmeldung zu strukturieren und die Entsprechenden Uhrzeiten für den aktuellen Einlass optisch darzustellen. Bei dem Eintrittspreis muss das besser sein.

Das sollte man auf alle Fälle gemacht haben wenn man in Berlin ist. Innerhalb ist alles auch sehr sauber und ordentlich aber rings um den Fernsehturm ist doch sehr dreckig. Zerbrochene Flaschen, Müll und dreckige Sachen liegen überall herum.

Es gibt an sich nichts weiter zu bemängeln, außer die langen Wartezeiten trotz Zeitfenster Ticket. Es wäre auch hilfreich gewesen beide Fahrstühle fahren zu lassen bei diesem Aufkommen von Besuchern.Man stand oben wie unten mindestens zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten an.

Das Jüdische Museum Berlin ist deutlich größer als ich vorher angenommen habe. Bereits die Dauerausstellung befindet sich in mehrere Etagen und vielen verschiedenen Hallen. Um alles sehen zu können, müsste man durchaus einen ganzen Tag aufbringen. Es war dennoch sehr interessant und gut gemacht!

Durch die im Vorfeld gekauften Tickets konnten wir sofort in den Fernsehturm gehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Es war im Fernsehturm nicht voll und wir konnten entspannt den Rundumausblick über Berlin genießen. Es war für Groß und Klein ein Erlebnis. Gerne wieder.
