Für das Geld hätte man auch einen ganz normalen Bus nehmen können und wäre viel günstiger gewesen. Die Reiseleitung hatte gerade mal 5 Sätze gesprochen. Definitiv das Geld nicht wert!

Booked on the app and wasn’t sure where the pickup point was! Online chat agent was unhelpful and didn’t answer my query, just gave me a uk number to call. Would have been half the price to catch the local bus. Guide gave us no information, just told us where a market was and when to be back on the coach. This is the last time we booked a TUI experience! If you want to get rid of reps your app needs vast improvement.

Eine Verweilzeit von 3 Stunden ist etwas knapp bemessen, wenn man den langen ausgiebigen Markt besucht und anschließend noch im Ort/am Hafen flanieren möchte, oder auch was Essen möchte. Man sollte die Verweilzeit in Mogan vielleicht auf 4 bis 5 Stunden erhöhen, um dort gemütlich verweilen zu können.

The description said “guided tour” it was not at all. We were picked up and dropped off then pick up again 3 hours later (not 4-8 hours tour as advertised). The town itself is beautiful, well worth the visit but not worth the price when you can just take a normal bus and have the same experience for less!

Wir wurden nicht wieder zurückgebracht und an der Bushaltestelle in Mogan zurückgelassen. Mussten danach 1,5 Stunden mit dem Öffentlichen Bus und den restlichen Weg zum Hotel mit dem Taxi fahren. Das alles mit einem Kleinkind bei 35 Grad Aussentemperatur. Sehr schlecht organisiert

Great day out as Puerto Mogan is really beautiful! Should have been a longer day trip as return time was at 1.15pm. Would have preferred 3.15pm so you can explore a little more and enjoy some food and shopping in the town.

Gids Glenn gaf gedurende de heen en terugrit wat info en leuke weetjes over het eiland. Puerto de Mogan is een mooi stadje. We hadden 3u om vrij rond te lopen wat voor ons voldoende was. We gingen op vrijdag, dan is het marktdag. De markt was heel druk, wat ze ons ook wel gezegt hadden bij het boeken van de uitstap. Het was drummen op sommige stukken, waardoor we de markt niet helemaal gedaan hebben. Maar er staan 200 kraampjes, dus zeker genoeg kunnen bekijken.

Er stond aangegeven dat de excursie 4 tot 8 uur zou gaan duren. Uiteindelijk hadden we maar 3 uur op de locatie waardoor we meer dan de helft niet hebben kunnen zien. Dit tot zeer grote teleurstelling van ons alle 3.

We were not collected from the pick up point as had been given the wrong pick up location by the rep. Called customer services and they told us to speak to the rep for a refund. On speaking to the rep we were told that because our holiday had not been booked through TUI they can not find us on the system so cannot issue a refund. So we paid £44 for a trip we did not have plus £20 in bus fares to take ourselves to the destination so did not miss out on the market. Disgusted by TUIs service

Trip was not long enough. Was sold to be 4-8 hours. Only had 3 hours there so taking into account time getting back to the bus 2 1/2 hours. Not enough time for the market and harbour and getting any lunch. The trip felt rushed as only had time for the market and one drink. Had I known it was 3 hours I would have saved my £70 and got public transport.

Prima georganiseerd. Maar in principe kan je ook zelf de bus nemen. Het kost je minder en de gids is eigenlijk geen meerwaarde. Wel een gemak natuurlijk als je opgehaald en teruggebracht wordt aan/naar je hotel. Heel mooi stadje met haven, veel winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden.

Der Bus hatte eine 30 minütige verspätung,es war nur ein reiner Bustransfair wobei die Reiseleitung überflüssig war,sie hatte nur die Uhrzeit gesagt wann wir wieder abgeholt werden.

I booked the experience to the market from Revoli apartments. The nearest pick up point was 20 mins away in a taxi.Little did I know that this was actually further away from the market so it cost €31 to get the bus at pick up point to then travel on bus for 1hr picking people up. We didn't arrive until 10.10am.I had also paid £45 for the experience of a bus ride. It dropped us off and told us to be back by1pm. I let the staff know not to wait for us as cheaper/easier to get a taxi back!!

Bus was half an hour late picking up. Trip was advertised as 4-8 hours but we only had 2 hours at resort. The trip was rushed and no time to spend in the beautiful Mogan. Excellent rep but the experience was not what I expected when booking. I thought there would be time to spend at the market and take a nice relaxing coffee on the front. This was certainly not the case and not worth almost £60 for 3 persons.

Our bus arrived 30mins late, there was no shade at our stop & its extremely hot today. Our guides english was very poor. The seats on the bus were in poor repair, leaning back & unable to straighten. We were last to be picked up & then last to be dropped off ! We had approx 2.5 - 3hrs which barely left us time to sit after the market. We didnt get to see the town at all. All in all it was a very disappointing experience that i would not recommend.

Er wordt gezegd dat het een locale markt is met veel fruit e.d., maar dat was helemaal niet zo. Allemaal kleding en andere vakantie snuisterijen. Later verder gelopen en daar was een leuke haven. Dat maakte het een stuk leuker. Viel mij erg tegen.

Paid for a guided tour. The person never introduced herself or the driver. Barely spoke any English and her instructions were unclear. No TUI uniform or identification. Told us we grow tomatoes and mangos. That was it.Didn't mention where we were going , where anything was. Eg: bridge over to vat free shops, they didn't sell/ mention any other trips. Dumped us on waste ground and left us to it. On the way back - still no name. I I could have got the bus, looked up Google and saved £20.

Die besprochene Abholzeit hatte eine Abweichung von knapp 20 Minuten der regulären Abholzeit 3 Stunden Aufenthalt ist zu eng bemessen, da es sehr viel zu sehen gibt man aber nicht in dieser Zeit schafft Die Reiseleitung hat im Bus einiges erklärt was man sieht wo wir uns treffen und zu welcher Uhrzeit zurück gefahren wird...leider alles auf Englisch was uns schwierig war zu verstehen uns wurde bei der Buchung versprochen das Englisch UND Deutsch gesprochen wird

Er werd in de bus gezegd, die trouwens sws veel te laat kwam, dat we 4 uur vrije tijd hadden. Dat was helaas maar 3 uur. We kwamen rond 10.15 aan en moesten 13.25 weer bij de bus zijn. Het dorpje is heel leuk en ook heel toeristisch. Van de markt hadden we veel meer voorgesteld en verwacht. Helaas viel dat tegen: kleding en tassen net als een markt in Nederland. Maar zoals gezegd het dorpje maakte veel goed!

The driver of the bus should not be driving TUI guests around. The driver drove way too fast, took corners too fast meaning we had to brace ourselves around corners, he had to break hard at junctions because of how fast he was going he didn’t allow enough time for breaking, then he fully answered a phone call and continued to drive 1 handed whilst on the phone, he also rolled out into oncoming traffic at islands multiple times resulting in more hard breaking

We paid 66€ for 3 to travel to the market at 9.25 the return bus was 1.15 not long enough to experience the market and have lunch so we travelled back to the hotel by public bus which cost €12.50 total for all 3 of us!!!! We all felt totally ripped off financially

Eines vorweg: Die Stadt Mogan ist wunderschön und in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert - nur nicht über diese TUI Exkursion. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unterirdisch. Als Paar haben wir 44€ für diese Busfahrt berappt. Unsere Tour Leiterin war eine Enttäuschung. Nachdem ihr der Busfahrer erklären musste, wie das Mikrofon funktioniert, hat sie quasi nur die Abfahrtszeit mitgeteilt und leider keine relevanten Informationen zu Morgan oder anderen Örtlichkeiten. Fahrt lieber mit dem normalen Bus.

Inexperienced tui rep who got the timings wrong for the return journey so cutting out trip short by 1hr. Then altering it by text which we didn't get. The rep only has 3 things to know numbers ,where we are going and the return time it's not rocket science!! We have always had excellent tui trips until now.

Bussen var under all kritik, smutsiga säten och trasigt och hängande tyg i hatthyllan. Den svenska guiden inskränkte sig till en mening när vi var framme i Mogan. The bus will leave at one o clock För övrigt var Mogan en vacker och fin liten stad som jag gärna besöker igen. En annan reflektion: varför ska de som stiger på bussen först kliva av sist? Ingen annan resebyrå gör så. Det blir bara på denna tur drygt en timme extra i bussen..

En mysig liten by Upphämtningsplatsen : Mycket dåligt att det var 1km att hit ta och ta sig dit. Det måste ni förbättra! Det stod 4-8 timmar men var bara 3timmar ,för kort tid!

We booked the trip to Morgan on the Thursday. We was a little bit worried where the pick was going to be as we have always been picked up outside the hotel. Someone had said the centro medico las palmas was a taxi ride away. Then found out there are two. The trip turned out great with Katarina our guide and singing to us a Christmas song on our way back.

Het was minder dan we gedacht hadden. Tickets zijden 4 tot 8 uur, misschien dat aanpassen of geen tijd. Of meer info geven. +- 9 uur opgehaald, 10 uur daar ongeveer en 12:15 weer terug. Reisleiders zijn er van op de hoogte en klopte niet helemaal zei Noa. Reis gist was ook niet echt nodig, want er werd niet zo veel verteld over de plaats.. zeer weinig informatie erover. Dus meer aanrader om met de boot te gaan.

In de bus waren de plekken erg krap voor de benen . Reisleidster erg jong en dat merkte je dat ze het niet helemaal kon overzien bij terugkom. Kosten om alleen ons naar deze plek te brengen vond ik persoonlijk iets aan de dure kant. Het dorpje heeft niet echt veel te bieden.

Es handelt es sich hier um eine reine Busfahrt. Diese hätte ich auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln viel billiger in Anspruch nehmen können. Der Gight hat uns lediglich die Zeit gesagt, wann wir wieder am Bus zurückfahrt erscheinen sollen. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass auf der Fahrt etwas über Landleute oder auch den Markt erzählt wird. Dem war leider nicht so. Deshalb würde ich das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder vor Ort bin, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren.

The rep was a bit misleading with the cost of the trip. A local bus would have been a lot cheaper., and probably got us there much quicker. It took about an hour to get there, Which only gave us 2 1/2 hrs there! The guide on the bus was very uninformative. Didn’t say anything till nearly there and said what our bus number was and to be back by 12:30 or they would go without us. Then on the way back just said to leave some coins in the tray for the driver if we wanted too!

Mogan is heel mooi om te bezoeken, zeker de moeite waard. Lange markt dat leuk is om te doen. We hadden in het totaal 3u de tijd om te bezoeken. Tijd genoeg om de markt en het haventje te zien maar als je even nr het strand wil of iets wil drinken is de tijd tekort, toch als je alles wil zien. Reisleiding in het Engels maar zeer duidelijke communicatie en mogelijkheid om achteraf iets te vragen in het Nederlands.
