The first part of your trip is a 1.5-hour visit to the Auschwitz I camp to see the permanent exhibition in the former prisoners' barracks.

Know in advance:
For Option 1, the tour start time may vary due to museum guide availability. Tickets are collected on-site. Queues may occur. English tours are subject to availability; otherwise, another language with an English guidebook is provided
For Option 2, you'll have use of a guidebook and map in your chosen language. The tour leader does not enter the museum with you. The guidebook is available in English, Polish, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Czech, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Greek, Turkish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Japanese, and Korean
Please note that, depending on the time of year, you may visit Birkenau camp first before then visiting Auschwitz 1 camp
All participants must provide their full name and contact details at the time of booking. Please ensure that the name on your ID exactly matches the name provided at the booking to avoid issues at the entrance
The museum may change your visit time, affecting your pickup time. Final confirmation will be emailed one to two days before the tour. Due to high visitor numbers, Auschwitz-Birkenau may cancel tours or guides at short notice. If this occurs, you'll be informed and offered alternatives when possible
All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
You can select the language option of your choice for the guidebook and map – this is not an audio tour
The starting time is approximate and subject to change
You'll be picked up from the center of Krakow, after meeting opposite the Mercure Hotel, and you'll be dropped off at the Radisson Blu Hotel
Guided tour option: please be advised that the tour start time may vary due to museum guide availability. Tickets are collected on site at the ticket offices (included in the price). Queuing may be required. Guided tours in English are subject to availability. If an English-speaking guide is not available, the tour will be conducted in another language, and participants will receive a guidebook in English
