On the 3rd Saturday of every month, Tower Bridge opens its doors early for those who prefer quieter spaces, such as those with autism, Aspergers and anxiety, as well as their siblings, families, and carers. Entry to Tower Bridge is closed between 9:30am to 11:50am

Tolles Erlebnis!! Der Blick von oben lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, Treppenaufgang mit Möglichkeiten für kurze Pausen. Der Glasboden ist die Herausforderung schlechthin und kostet Überwindung drüber zu laufen!! Es war toll :-)

At the beginning we were a bit unsure of what we had to do/see exactly, and there wasn't many staff to ask, so we just followed the signs and it got quite clear just by reading the signs as we walked up the stairs. All the information on the walls was very interesting. The engine area was interactive and self-explanatory. Amusement for kids was great. Plus we were extremely lucky as the bridge opened while we were visiting and managed to see it from the glass flooring at 63mts high. Amazing!

Wartezeiten waren ok. Mitarbeiter waren überwiegend freundlich. Die Yeoman Warders Führung war zwar beeindruckend, jedoch für den nicht perfekt britisch/englisch sprechenden Besucher sehr schwer nachvollziehbar. Der kostenpflichtige Audioguide war eine bessere Alternative! Das Menü des Audioguides war grds. super und auch vollumfänglich Informativ, sofern der Guide denn technisch funktioniert hätte. Bei dem einen war die Lautstärke defekt, beim anderen das Kabel...insgesamt trotzdem toll.

Splendida esperienza. Il percorso totale è di circa 1 ora, con tante spiegazioni e tante foto da fare. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 10 minuti oltre l'orario di prenotazione per troppo affollamento. Importante utilizzare le scale e non l'ascensore per non perdere i vari livelli delle Tower.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis da oben und eine herrliche Aussicht. Auch der Glasboden, an dem man auch vorbei gehen kann, ist prima. Die Entstehung der Towerbridge wurde durch Fotos und Text (engl.) ausgestellt. In den beiden Gängen gibt es kleine Fenster zum Öffnen und Fotografieren.

We chose to take the stairs, so many historical facts along the way and the best advice given by a staffer, take your time. The stairs may seem daunting (recovering knee surgery and arthritis!) however, by taking it slowly, resting at platforms, it was an amazing experience

The experience was great , the only issue was no female assigned toilet available despite two male toilets. Women had to ho out of tge building to find the pump room ( no signage) we gave up looking and went to Starbucks loos near by that were disgusting, addressing the loo situation is a must .

Cela vaut vraiment le coup d’œil. Détail un peu bizarre et interrogatif, il y a dans chaque tour, deux cages d'escaliers parfaitement symétriques, côte à côte, qui partent du même rez de chaussée pour arriver aux mêmes étages. Pas des petites cages, non, des belles grandes et bien décorées! Etrange!

Three of us went for my birthday treat and we had a great time. All the staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We loved the history of it and the modern upgrades, like the glass floors and mirrored ceiling made it so much fun. Also, as someone with a disability it is great for eveyone.

But as a party of over 60’s there were really too many stairs to climb without a lift. Would I go again? Not with my 78 yr old husband with a heart condition and what seemed to be 1000 steps to climb, no. So people booking now, there’s no lift or offer of one!
