Der Ausflug war sehr schön und gut organisiert. Leider war der Treffpunkt schwer zu erkennen. Das könnte man in der App etwas besser erklären.

Average

Abholung und Rücktransport vom Hotel in Miami Beach war inkludiert, wurde aber nicht durchgeführt. Das haben wir erst auf aktive Nachfrage, von der TUI-Vertretung im Hotel erfahren. Nach der Evergladestour mussten wir selbstständig den Start der Bootstour herausfinden. Die Everglades sind keine Sumpflandschaft, sondern ein weitläufiger, geradliniger Fluß mit viel Gras.

In der Beschreibung steht Abholung vom Hotel. Das ist nicht für alle Hotels gemeint! Everglades sollte man gesehen haben, Privattour wäre besser

Der Ausflug war angenehm gestaltet, man hatte genug Zeit um sich auf eigene Faust ein Bild zu machen oder etwas zu essen. Die Bootstouren waren beide sehr gut und mit freundlichen Reiseleitern.

Gator show was scaringly good. Airboat was fun, both gator volunteer and Airboat pilot great fun and informative.

Die Everglades- Tour war für mich enttäuschend. Die anschließende Bootstour war dagegen sehr schön. Wir mussten vom Hotel aus eine relativ weite Anreise bis zum Buseinstieg unternehmen und waren auf uns selbst gestellt den richtigen Bus zu den Eveglades zu finden. Die anschließende Bootstour wurde von einem anderen Veranstalter durchgeführt, der aber nichts von uns wusste. Erst nach mehreren Telefongesprächen konnte geklärt werden, dass wir ein Kombiticket hatten.
