Accessibility:
Leaning Tower: admission is free of charge only for visitors with disabilities and accompanying persons, upon presentation of appropriate certification at the ticket office. Due to the fixed quota and considerable influx of visitors, availability is limited to the time slots before 10:00 am and after 6:00 pm (if the closing is 8:00 pm), 5:00 pm (if the closing is 7:00 pm), 4:00 pm (if the closing is 6:00 pm). Please contact the venue at least 3 days in advance and modalities to carry out the free visit will be communicated
The visit is not recommended for people with cardiovascular and motor disorders
Know in advance:
The agency commission applied to the ticket price allows you to receive the official ticket and go directly to the turnstiles, avoiding the lines at the ticket office
The time booked refers only to access to the Leaning Tower. You can enter the other monuments at the time you prefer, within 1 year after you visit the tower. Other monuments have a different closing time, between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, depending on the season
For safety reasons, children under the age of 8 are not permitted to enter the tower. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. ID may be requested to certify the age
Security checks include a metal detector. Please leave all metal objects, bags, and containers of any size in the free cloakroom
The Cathedral may experience unexpected closures due to religious services or special events
