Polite staff. Decent sized Portions of food that you buy inside while cruising. The English commentary volume was barely audible. Very smooth sailing. Wish the ride could've been a bit more longer. At times we felt they were going too slow just to kill time unto the 60th minute.

Very nice cruise along the river. Relaxing and was nice to see some of the tourist attractions along the way. Staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this trip.

My only criticism is, that the commentary was difficult to hear over the sound of passengers talking.Otherwise, an enjoyable experience.

A lovely hour on the river. Drinks and snacks available to order. Staff came round and took our order and then brought it to our table. You could pay by cash or card. One thing I would say is the first cruise at 12pm they let you on from 11.30 and they started taking orders. 10 mins before departure and the boat was nearly full, so worth bearing in mind. Overall we all loved the experience and we had a 19 and 23 year old with us

Pleasant boat ride, we were fortunate enough to be able to sit on top deck as the weather was glorious for February. The volume of the recorded commentary was so low it was impossible to hear. The service from the staff that took our drinks order was very good. Beautiful sights to be seen during the short trip.

Den Steg 17 gibt es nicht. Das Schiff fährt auf 16 ab. Sehr altes Schiff, nicht antik, nur rostig. Nette Bedienung. Zweckmäßig einrichtet.

The boat ride itself was enjoyable, however the stated departure location of pier 17 did not exist, which confused us. The boat was actually leaving from pier 18. Only after waiting around and then enquiring were we informed of which boat to get onto.

Super sauber. Personal war nicht bestens gelaunt. Die Fahrt für 55min etwas langweilig da zu dieser Buchung keine Gührung angeboten wird färt das bot einfach auf und ab. Die Zeit kann man besser nutzen.

Nonostante l'imbarco sia veramente lontano dal centro, l'esperienza vale assolutamente la camminata. Abbiamo fatto questa escursione alle 16, quindi all'orario del tramonto, i colori erano qualcosa di unico e spettacolare, è veramente bella e la consiglio!
