Franchement moyens vos services ! il a fallu que je relance la veille de ma visite d'Alcatraz pour obtenir les billets ! Sans ça je n'aurais jamais pu y aller. Et sois disant le bon de 15$ pour manger chez boudin à fisherman's wharf c'est une supercherie ! Ils vous regarde d'un sale oeil ! Nul

We were too late to book directly and Musement provided a valuable service to ensure we could see Alcatraz whilst we were in SF. The premium was not insignificant but that’s the price we had to pay to not miss it. Service was efficient and food voucher worked fine

Im Vergleich zum offiziellen Anbieter (www.cityexperiences.com) zahlt man hier doppelt so viel. Der 15$ Voucher für überteuertes, mittelmäßig bis schlechtes essen beim lokalen Applebee's bleibt am besten uneingelöst. Der einzige Grund diese Option zu wählen ist, falls Alactarz ausgebucht ist.

La visita a Alcatraz es recomendable, es un trocito de historia de la ciudad de San Francisco. La explicación con la audio guia es suficiente. El unico inicidente que tuvimo fue con kas entradas, pues nuestra entrada era a las 9:40 am pero en el mail reibido ponia a las 12 pm, mediodia.
